Sundays, February 4-March 10, 2024
You are not alone. We have been exactly where you are.
If you’re in the discernment process….
Your relationship is crumbling. Trust is breaking down or gone entirely. Everything you imagined for your life feels like it’s hanging by a thread. You don’t want to lose the relationship, and at the same time, you don’t know that you want to keep it either. You don’t know what will happen next. You wish it would all go away.
Or perhaps you have felt like the fire between you has been dying for some time. You don’t feel your relationship is serving your needs and desires anymore. You don’t know whether it’s time to let go or to hold on in hopes that a new spark might light something between you once again.
Now you’re longing for clarity. What should you do—try to make it work or move toward the end of your partnership? Living in limbo is terrifying, and you just want to choose a direction. You don’t know who to talk to about everything but you desperately want to know that someone actually gets what you’re going through…not to feel alone. You want stability, to feel hope again, to believe that everything might one day be okay.
If you’re in the aftermath of the end of your partnership….
You’re in a state of shock. You go back and forth between being frozen and unsure what to do next, and trying to stay distracted by keeping busy. In varying moments, you feel lost, hopeless, stuck, and afraid. “What’s my life going to be like now?” “I don’t know how to be alone.” “How do I get rid of this pain?” “Why do I feel free and stuck at the same time?” “I just want to fast forward to the next chapter of my life.”
You too want clarity. You want healing. You want to believe you are going to be okay through all of this. You want someone to see your pain but you are also afraid to let anyone too far in. You want to feel happy, content, and at peace, but you don’t know how. You want to know your most important next steps but you don’t know where to begin.
So begin here.
All this is possible.
We know this because we’ve lived it.

Join us for a six-week online cohort designed exclusively for those navigating the complex spectrum of ending a significant relationship.
You do not have to do this alone.
Our promises. Through THIS online cohort, YOU WILL…

Learn tools, insights, and wisdom to orient you toward hope
What does it cost?
What’s the value of clarity and hope on your path forward?
(Hopefully, you said “quite a bit!”)

Both Michael and Lucy are divorced as well. You get the benefit not only of their facilitation and coaching but also of their personal stories of walking the very path you’re on or considering. They are both regularly paid 4-5 figures for facilitation and coaching. You get that same level of engagement for a fraction of the cost. You can read more about Lucy and Michael below.
($5,000 minimum value)Accessible, online structure tailored to deliver the clarity and hope you need without requiring travel for a retreat.
Retreats are wonderful experiences to be sure. And yet, they are not always accessible because they require multiple days away from home and responsibilities. This online structure of 2-hour meetings via Zoom on Sunday evenings allows you to receive the same content, community, and coaching you’d get during a retreat. Except here, you don’t have to find childcare, take PTO, or spend extra money on travel. Plus, you get the added benefit of stretching out this supportive community across multiple weeks instead of a single weekend.
($500 value)An understanding group of sincere humans walking the same path, with the same pain, you are.
In the end, nothing compares to the healing power of community. What truly makes this focused cohort so special is the intimate connection you develop with the other people there. As the saying goes, the shortest distance between two people is a story. And in this cohort, the stories each person tells bring us within warm proximity to each other, allowing us to bask in the illuminating light of our shared experiences.
(Priceless)
That's a total value of at least $5,500.
Apply now to experience this for only $1000 $600.

Meet Michael MCray.
Michael McRay is an expert facilitator and certified experiential coach. He’s the author of multiple books, including the award-winning I Am Not Your Enemy. His writing has received praise from internationally acclaimed authors, like Ishmael Beah, Pádraig Ó Tuama, Raja Shehadeh, and National Book Award winner Colum McCann.
Michael’s story and facilitation experience and expertise are sought after by all types of organizations—from NASA to VMware and Cigna to Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library.
Michael holds a Master’s in Conflict Resolution and Reconciliation, as well as training certifications in Public Narrative, Conflict Coaching, and Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy.
His list of credentials is long. And yet, beyond all these lines on a resumé, Michael’s greatest credential is his own human experience of turning his pain into purpose. Out of a story of self-loathing, self-harm, and attempted suicide, Michael has spent a decade healing, digging deeply into what’s buried in his own past. This journey took a new turn when his 7-year marriage ended. He now navigates a healthy co-parenting relationship with his former spouse as they raise a 3-year-old boy in two loving homes.
Don’t miss this opportunity to engage with Michael on the process of restorying your heartache into something with hope and clarity.
Meet Lucy hancock.
Lucy Hancock is a facilitator, a coach, and an advocate for conscious living. She has spent the last decade of her life traveling the world and getting curious about the universal human experience. She believes that adversity can become the most meaningful invitation for personal evolution.
She is a facilitator, an emotional wellness coach, and a self-proclaimed “professional relationship-builder.” She has coached hundreds of clients, encouraging each person to mend through transformative conversations about behaviors, patterns, and narratives. As a facilitator, she has customized workshops for various organizations to evolve their culture, interpersonal dynamics, and communication skills.
She received her Master’s in Conflict Resolution, certifications in Mediation and Negotiation through the National Mediation Board, and is a Fulbright Scholar. She has lived on four different continents, observing behavioral dynamics on a personal, cultural, and global level. These experiences have provided her with an extensive amount of compassion, openness and understanding for the human condition.
On a personal note, Lucy has lived experience with heartache and the discernment process of divorce. Today, she works 1:1 with individuals to explore different pathways to lead a more aligned life—with or without a spouse.

I CAN’T MAKE IT TO EVERY SESSION. IS THAT OKAY?
Group cohorts offer an intimate and connective space for participants to move through the process together. Because of this, it’s important for participants to be consistently present each week. However, we understand that things come up – therefore, we are comfortable allowing one absence during the six-week cohort. All participants should plan to attend at least 5 of the 6 sessions, in an effort to foster group cohesion.
DO I NEED TO BE ON VIDEO FOR THESE CALLS?
Yes. As we engage in this sensitive work together, it is crucial to see and connect with each other fully. Therefore, we require that your camera be turned on. Of course, there may be moments where you have to step away briefly, and that is okay.
CAN MY PARTNER/EX/SPOUSE COME?
No. This cohort is designed to create an emotionally expressive and open environment for you to process your individual experience, independently. As a result, we are unable to accommodate partners/exes/spouses at this time.
WILL THERE BE A BREAK DURING THE TWO-HOUR SESSIONS?
Definitely. We recognize that sharing your story and processing your emotions takes a lot of energy. Therefore, we will break for a maximum of 10 minutes halfway through each session.
IS THERE “HOMEWORK” IN BETWEEN SESSIONS?
Yes, we will regularly invite you to continue the processes during the week in between sessions. We are confident this will help you as an individual and the group as a whole get the most from this experience.
